Nick Fazio Finds Way to Improve on Perfection

Nick Fazio is excited to announce that he has found a way to make his already delicious pizzas even better.  For years, La Pizza & Pasta has been well known for their incredible pizzas, made with fresh ingredients, homemade sauces and dough.

“I wanted to bring the taste to the next level,” says Nick.  “So we purchased a new conveyor oven that’s one of its kind in the region.”

The new oven, which is manufactured in Canada, features a computerized conveyer belt that ensures a perfect cook, down to the second.  The pizzas are cooked on stone instead of the tradition mesh pans, crisping the bottom of the pizza.

“I have received great feedback from my regular customers who have tried pizza cooked in this new oven,” says Nick.  “Everyone has told me that the pizza tastes better and they love it!”

It’s not just pizzas that taste better out of the oven; it’s other menu items too.  Everything that is baked now goes through the oven, including the roasted vegetables, pastas and cookies, ensuring a perfect cook.

The new oven also expands the restaurant’s capability for catering and large orders.

Nick Fazio is passionate about pizza, and it only takes one bite to understand.  He has been making pizza for most of his life and opened La Pizza & Pasta in 2000.

He uses only the best, freshest ingredients to make his pizzas and pastas, and all of their sauces are homemade.  La Pizza & Pasta’s pizza crusts are made fresh every morning and are never frozen.  They use a unique process to make the dough, creating a very digestible pizza crust.

Nick’s homemade family recipes have been passed down through generations and are truly “old authentic Italian.”  La Pizza & Pasta’s menu features pizzas with traditional and gourmet toppings; a variety of speciality pasta entrees; meats; dinners and crispy salads; and their immensely popular homemade tiramisu.

The restaurant also offers a great selection of Take N’ Bake items that you can just pop in the oven and enjoy, including lasagne, soup, pasta, meatballs, desserts, salad dressings and more.
